Our staff is available Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard Hours.

There are some limitations to the free technical support we provide. While our technical support can address the majority of questions in a quick and efficient manner, there are some advanced subjects that are not covered by our support staff like: XML customizations, cloning of designs and HTML/FLASH coding. Expertise in these advanced subjects is not needed to create a FolioLink website. Access to template code is only made available to give advanced users additional tools to make their sites more unique.

The Image Archive available to Pro users is a very substantial service used by professional photographers and artists to manage and organize large number of images and client areas. Because the Image Archive may be used to create advanced solutions such as agency style websites and more, we offer free technical support only in the areas that deal with proofing, client areas, payment processing & integration with FolioLink’s designs. The Image Archive comes with full documentation and most users are able to accomplish professional results without paid assistance. For users that need access to support services for their Image Archive website in topics other than proofing and clients areas we do offer paid technical support.
